In compliance with the requirements under the new law related to the protection of personal information, we inform you as follows. Data processing is based on principles of accuracy, lawfulness and transparency, thereby safeguarding your privacy and your rights. The data given to Arte Arredo Schleret s.r.l. in a contractual relationship for the presentation of offers, or in the form of contractual relationships are subject to data processing, for the purpose of:

a) purposes related to: civil, fiscal and accounting, administrative management of the relationship;
compliance with contractual obligations, provision of support and information regarding the services which have been purchased;

b) information regarding future initiatives and announcements of new services by both the company and by our external consultants.

The data referred to in paragraph a) are processed by our employees, our employees and our external consultants if committed in the execution of the mandate assigned to us. We emphasize that the consent to the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point a) is mandatory and essential for the implementation of the mandate assigned to us. Conversely, it is optional for the purposes referred to in point b): In case of refusal of consent to the latter will render it impossible to provide information on the development of our services.

The company ensures that data processing carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated methods, will use instruments which guarantee security and confidentiality. It should be clear to parties - within the limits and conditions imposed by Legislative Decree no 196/2003 - one or more of the following operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction. The owner of the data is Arte Arredo Schleret s.r.l., located in Mariano Comense (CO), via Fratelli Cervi 18, Phone +39 031.2030458 , which will use the data for the stated aims above.

The holder of the data is able to exercise the rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no 196/2003, reproduced here in full:

1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of your personal details, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.

2. You have the right to obtain information regarding:

a) the origin of personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of handling;

c) the reasoning regarding cases of handling with electronic equipment;

d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the role of the state, managers or agents.

3. You have the right to obtain:

a) updates, rectification or, when required, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose preservation is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations in a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or is manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;

b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or business communication.

Upon receipt of this notification, your consent to the processing of personal data referred to in point a) shall be deemed granted, unless lack of consent is sent in writing.
